The customers
The Egyptians are amazing, because most people are educated to understand their customers who are travelling and spending money on their country very well. If you say that you’re Chinese, they will tell you how much they admire Chinese’s Great Walls, or if you’re from Malaysia, they’ll tell you how great your Twin towers are…Whether you’re a backpacker or a group tourist, as long as you’re a tourists, you will be guarded as “government’s VIP”. The tourism police may be watching you and supporting you on every journey but you don’t know. People say that 50 per cent of the population is working on social security service, and helping tourists to feel at their best safety. For some reasons if the tourists get on slow trains by accident, the tourguide will be in trouble.

I was in the same situation. But don’t ypu worry, because there will immediately be a policeman staying right beside you to protect the whole journey, preventing you from getting into any trouble. And being a female tourist, I appreciate that policeman until the day I die, because without his guarding, I wouldn’t know how to act in such an unfamiliar place!
