On the humid coast on the South, the raining season begins
from April-June and lasts until September-October. And the dry season begins
from November-March up to July-August. The months during the dry season are the
most convenient period for you to travel while in Ghana. The highest average
temperature during the year is 30 Celsius degree.
This number decreases for 3-4 degrees during raining season.
The humidity is quite high, approximately 80 per cent. The average temperature
during daytime is seldom below 30 Celsius degree. It often raises up to 35
degree or even higher in December-March when the wind brings sand from Sahara desert to the mainland.
